Local Delivery Policy

At BinarytribElectronics we understand that getting your new electronics, both physical and digital, quickly and conveniently is important to you. This Delivery Policy outlines how we get your orders to you.

Free Delivery (Shipping) at Designated Points:

• We offer free delivery within 1 business day for all physical products at our designated points.

• We currently have delivery points at:
  • Bagatelle Mall
  • Trianon Shopping Park
  • Phoenix Mall
  • Curepipe Municipal Council
  • So'flo Floreal
  • Quatre Bornes Metro Station
  • Vacoas Metro Station
  • Ebène Cybercity

• Orders placed before 2 PM  are usually ready for delivery within 4 hours at designated points. Once you have placed your order, we will promptly reach out to coordinate delivery at one of our delivery designated points that best suits your convenience.

Delivery to Other Areas:

• For areas not covered by our delivery designated  points, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Pick-Up at Our Office:

• Customers also have the option to pick up their orders directly from our office in Highlands. Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 4 hours after placement, so you can enjoy your new tech quickly and easily!

• Please note that our office hours are
  • Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

• To ensure your order is ready upon arrival, we recommend placing your order online beforehand and selecting "Pick-Up" at checkout.

Digital Item Delivery:

• Digital items such as gift card codes, game codes, software codes, and e-books are delivered instantly after payment during our digital delivery hours:
  • Monday-Friday: 10:30 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a download link or activation code directly to your email address and WhatsApp.

Physical Item Delivery:

• Physical items such as consoles, games, hardware, peripherals, and accessories are typically delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

• We offer delivery Monday-Saturday, with the following hours:
  • Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
